SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $99.00. Orders under $99.00 will be subject to standard shipping charges. Items will be dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria via fully traceable services.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the shipping address is correct at time of ordering. The purchaser will be liable for any costs incurred due to incorrectly addressed orders being returned to The Stag Adventure Gear. The Stag Adventure Gear take no responsibility for missing parcels.
Delivery Times will vary depending on your location.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the correct shipping address is entered into the system at the time of ordering and to claim your item promptly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN/EXCHANGE item(s) need to be returned within 21 days of purchase and must be unworn, unwashed, free from pet hair and still in original re-saleable condition. Items that are returned not in original condition or show obvious signs of use, washing or wear will be rejected.
Items that were on Sale, part of a Promotion or Special Offer at the time of Purchase CANNOT be Returned or Exchanged.

The purchaser is responsible for safely packaging and posting your return to ensure we receive it back in resalable condition.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
